Since the 1970's, gas prices have been going up steadily. Converting an existing gas-powered vehicle is a good, economical way to beat this trend, without having to add the full expense of a brand-new vehicle.

Conversions are not hybrids; they run on full battery power. This is a way to eliminate almost all standard routine maintenance, keep emissions to an all-time low, help out the environment and your budget at the same time.

Converting an ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) to an EV (Electric Vehicle) is basically removing all the ICE components and installing EV components. The electric Traction Motor used in this process is rated for 100,000 hours, or about 5,000,000 miles. No, that's not a typo, 5 MILLION miles. Try getting that from a gasoline engine. Controllers are built by the Curtis Company, rated by some as the best in the industry.

Additional safety features for electric vehicles are included, such as power crash-cutoff switches, in front and back of the vehicle, plus a quick disconnect device to kill all battery power if needed.

The basic electric vehicle conversion from gas to electric costs $12,500 including a 144V battery system and charger. The setup for A/C, heat and power steering are not included in the base option and are extra. The basic conversion expects that the donor vehicle (i.e, a gas or diesel vehicle) is supplied by the customer. The donor vehicle engine does not have to be operational and can be returned to you for resale. If you want us to find a vehicle, or you have a particular type in mind, we can do that, but the cost of the vehicle will be added in.

We'll convert almost anything!
